Thirty years ago Whisco Component Engineering Inc. was incorporated. The company was founded by three former Motorola employees. The concept was to design, develop and manufacture products for the communications market.
Comtelco was created as a division of Whisco Component Engineering Inc. to distribute products that were designed by the parent company. This company eventually evolved into Comtelco Industries Inc. Comtelco is a wholly owned subsidiary that sells products, throughout the world, that are manufactured in our plant in Glendale Heights, Illinois.
Our focus has always been on engineering superior products and manufacturing them for reliability and performance. We believe our customers are the most important part of our business. Their satisfaction is our highest goal. A goal that is only attainable if we execute in our effort to be their best supplier. Warranty
All products manufactured by Comtelco Industries Inc. are warranted against defective material or workmanship if a failure results from these factors within 24 months of purchase by the user. Comtelco will repair or replace, without charge, any Comtelco product that fails to meet this warranty. Excluded in this warranty are any products that have failed due to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or application. Also excluded are products that have been substantially altered or repaired outside our factory.
Comtelco will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages due to the failure of a Comtelco product under this warranty or any implied warranty.
Comtelco reserves the right to make changes in product materials and specifications without notice.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above exclusion or limitation may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you have other rights which vary from state to state.
This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied.
